Thank you for choosing Robinson Furniture! To help ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please review the following information:

Before Your Delivery

• An adult (18 years of age or older) must be present to receive and inspect the furniture at the time of delivery.
• Please measure all doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and room dimensions to ensure your new furniture will fit into your home.
• Clear the area where your new furniture will be placed before our delivery team arrives.
• Remove any existing furniture that may block access to the delivery area.

• Delivery dates are estimates and may change based on product availability and manufacturer shipping schedules.
• If your item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with updated delivery information as soon as it becomes available.
• Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully before our delivery team leaves.

• The delivery area must be cleared and ready to receive your new furniture.
• Our delivery team does not remove existing furniture or mattresses.
• Packaging materials are generally left with the customer. However, with management approval, our team will make every effort to neatly place packaging and debris in a location requested by the customer.
